Qualifications

• Must be a licensed dietitian with a degree in Nutrition or related field.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition required.
• Healthcare setting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition plans for patients and residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on nutrition and wellness principles.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment.
