Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program; active architectural registration considered.
• Minimum 5–10 years of professional architectural experience with a portfolio of commercial/education projects.
• Design-build/IPD/CM-at-risk experience preferred; strong collaboration with builders, engineers and trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate full design process for Design-Build projects from concept through construction.
• Serve as primary design representative for all design-related matters throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive design intent and constructability from inception, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, schedules and quality.
• Collaborate with clients to understand goals and aesthetics; facilitate communication among owners, architects, engineers, consultants and construction teams.
• Work from federated BIM model as truth source, integrating design with estimating, scheduling and coordination.
