What We're Looking For

• Current Minnesota Dental Hygiene License (required)

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Arrive by 7:30 a.m. for set-up and a quick team huddle at 7:45 a.m. Patient care begins at 8:00 am and is finished at 5 pm Monday through Thursday. No evenings and no weekends!
• Building trust with patients while providing high-quality preventive care
• Performing gentle and thorough cleanings and periodontal therapy
• Educating patients on oral health in a way that's clear and encouraging
• Collaborating with doctors and teammates to co-treatment plan and deliver seamless care
