Job summary

Silver Lake Dental in Minnesota is seeking a Licensed Dental Hygienist to join our friendly, patient-focused practice. The role offers full-time or part-time hours with a schedule that runs 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Thursday, with no evenings or weekends.

You will work closely with doctors to deliver preventive and periodontal care, perform gentle cleanings, educate patients, and help co-treatment planning to ensure high quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minnesota Dental Hygiene License is required.

Responsibilities

• Arrive by 7:30 a.m. for setup and team huddle; patient care begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday (no evenings or weekends).
• Provide high-quality preventive care and periodontal therapy with a gentle touch.
• Educate patients on oral health in a clear and encouraging way.
• Collaborate with doctors and teammates to co-treatment plan and deliver seamless care.
