Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Saint Paul, MN seeks a Licensed Dental Assistant for a part-time role covering Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 30 hours per week. This position offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

You will assist dentists, take X-rays, educate patients on oral hygiene, and ensure infection control in a modern clinical setting. Proficiency in English and an active Minnesota LDA are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited dental assisting course required.
• Active Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) credential.
• DANB certification or equivalent state jurisprudence qualification for specified tasks.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists with patient care, including chairside assistance and preparation of dental materials.
• Take and develop dental X-rays as required.
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment following infection control protocols.
• Document patient care and treatment plans in the EHR system.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience.

Job description

This is a part-time opportunity for coverage Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursday at 30 hours a week. This position is benefit eligable.

Key Responsibilities
