Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Data Center Technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs within a Data Center operation. The role covers mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring safe environmental conditions and compliance with all applicable laws.

You will respond to Building Management System alarms, work with third-party vendors, and complete planned and reactive maintenance with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on mechanical and electrical systems in a Data Center environment.
• Monitor environmental conditions to ensure a safe and compliant workspace.
• Respond to BMS alarms and coordinate with vendors for repairs as needed.
• Work with third-party vendors following company processes and regulatory requirements.
• Record maintenance activities and ensure quality standards are met.
