Job summary

PSA BDP, headquartered in Philadelphia, seeks an Import Compliance Specialist / Licensed Customs Broker to ensure accurate import classifications and regulatory filings. The role supports HTS classification, ACE data review, and compliance improvements across shipments.

Located in Philadelphia, this permanent, on-site position offers growth within a global logistics leader with a broad client base in chemicals, retail, life sciences, and industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Licensed Customs Broker or CCS certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in export trafficking with a freight forwarder/broker preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Review import shipment documentation from customers and suppliers to identify and resolve errors and compliance issues.
• Assist with HTS classification.
• Review ACE data, including PGA data (FDA ACE coding knowledge a plus).
• Assist with monitoring import dashboard for pending shipments.
• Assist with monthly metrics and quarterly business reports.
• Support audits related to trade, import/export classifications and filing.
