Jesse Torres - State Farm Agent in Pendleton, OR is seeking an experienced Customer Care Manager to oversee day-to-day customer service operations and provide a consistent, professional experience for our customers. This service-focused role emphasizes servicing an existing book of business, policy servicing, retention, and day-to-day office operations.

You will work with Auto, Home, Renters, and other Property & Casualty needs within licensing and agency guidelines, helping protect and retain

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Experience in an insurance agency or personal-lines customer-service preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with servicing an existing book of customers and day-to-day operations.
• Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day office service needs.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary day-to-day licensed customer service resource for the office.
• Manage inquiries, walk-in traffic, and ongoing service needs with high quality customer care.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure retention.
• Assist with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage questions.
• Coordinate underwriting requests and policy-related items to resolve outstanding items.
