Thriveworks, a clinician-owned national outpatient mental health private practice, seeks Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Bethlehem, PA. We support clinicians with strong partnership and resources to deliver top‑notch care.

Ideal candidates hold PA independent licenses (LCSW/LMFT/LPC or psychologist with PhD/PsyD), prefer specialty areas, and must see at least 25 sessions weekly. We offer guaranteed pay, benefits, and avenues for leadership growth.

Job description

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to‑face sessions in Bethlehem, PA.

Qualifications:

All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Pennsylvania:

• LCSW or LMFT or LPC
• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)
• Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing.
• Qualified candidates will have experience primarily working within a specialty (e.g., couples therapy, children, trauma) and must also be comfortable working with individuals of all ages and populations (Behavioral Health Generalists)

Licensed Therapist specializing in, and with experience providing counseling to, Couples and Families

Compensation:

Up to $108,300 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities
