Job summary

CommQuest Services, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Counselor on a full-time basis to provide direct clinical services in a residential setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Licensed professional (LPC or LSW) or higher licensure preferred.
• Experience with EHR systems (NextGen preferred).
• Experience providing mental health and addiction services is highly desired.
• Ability to work with both adolescents and adults in individual and group counseling.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based counseling services.
• Coordinate care with internal and external systems and orient new clients to the agency.”
• Provide crisis interventions as needed.

What you'll do:

• Provide trauma informed, evidence-based counseling services.

• Provide crisis interventions, as needed.

• Provide client and family education.
• All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required
• Minimum LPC or LSW is required; or above licensure is preferred.
• Previous experience with EHR systems and/or NextGen is preferred
• Previous experience providing both mental health and AOD services highly desired
• Previous experience providing trauma informed and evidence-based counseling is highly desired
• Must be willing to work with adolescents and adults, providing individual and group counseling
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English

• Salary listed is base pay. Quarterly bonuses paid for licensed positions based on hours worked, up to $5400(annually).
