Job summary

CommQuest Services, Inc. in Canton is seeking a Director of Community-Based Services to lead a team of case managers and other social services staff across our outpatient programs.

You will oversee referrals, coordinate with partners, maintain client records, and ensure high-quality service delivery while supporting staff development and community impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum Master's degree required in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• LPCC-S / LISW-S licensure issued through the State of Ohio required.
• 7+ years of operations experience with at least 3 years in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of case managers, employment specialists, and other social services staff, providing guidance, support and supervision to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Accept referrals to supervised programs and assign appropriate staff. Provide guidance on complex cases or interventions and responding to client emergency situations
• Communicate and collaborate with other service providers, agencies, employers, funders, community resources, and criminal justice entities to ensure clients have access to the support and services they need, with both existing and new cases
• Oversee the maintenance of accurate and thorough case records, including documentation of client assessments, interventions, and outcomes. Reporting program outcomes and effectiveness
• Perform clinical record keeping.
• Provide client and family education.
• All other duties as assigned.

What you'll do:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required
• Minimum LPCC-S / LISW-S licensure issued through the State of Ohio.
  
• Minimum 7 years' experience in Operations, including a minimum 3 years' supervisory experience
• Previous experience with EHR systems and/or NextGen is preferred
• Previous experience providing both mental health and AOD services highly desired
• Previous experience providing trauma informed and evidence-based counseling is highly desired
• Must be willing to work with adolescents
