Job summary

CommQuest Services, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Counselor for a full-time role to provide direct clinical services in a residential setting, partnering with Great Minds Fellowship.

You will deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based counseling, coordinate care with internal and external providers, perform assessments and crisis interventions, and support client and family education while advancing your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Minimum LPC or LSW licensure is required; higher licensure is preferred.
• Experience with EHR systems (NextGen) is preferred.
• Experience providing both mental health and AOD services is highly desired.
• Ability to work with adolescents and adults in individual and group counseling.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis interventions as needed.

What you'll do:

• Salary listed is base pay. Quarterly bonuses paid for licensed positions based on hours worked, up to $5400(annually).
