Job summary

Bloom Mind + Body Co. in St. Louis, MO seeks an independent contractor to provide part-time licensed counseling services. The role emphasizes a holistic health approach and individualized therapy for adolescents and adults within a collaborative wellness setting.

Pre-licensed practitioners with supervision are considered. The candidate should be able to work daytime hours and 1–2 weeknights, and contribute to workshops or wellness pop-ups as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or social work.
• Active license (LPC, PLPC, or LCSW) or pre-licensed with supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to adolescents and adults addressing health, trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using modalities like somatic therapy and CBT.
• Provide group therapy as needed and lead wellness workshops.
• Maintain accurate client records and scheduling with company software.
• Collaborate with other Bloom Mind + Body Co. practitioners to ensure holistic care.
