Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in the mental health field.
• Licensed in Illinois or license-eligible.
• Passionate about supporting clients from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of 22 to 25 clients.
• Provide therapy for individuals and couples.
• Participate in peer support and ongoing learning.

Skills

Experience in community mental health

Confidence in working with individuals and relationships

EMDR training

Fluency in Spanish

Education

Illinois license (LCPC, LPC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT, or ALMFT)
