Job summary

Harmony Recovery in Estes Park, CO, part of AllHealth Network, seeks a licensed Counselor to perform assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy for co-occurring disorders. This full-time role requires a master's degree and active licensure, with collaboration across an interdisciplinary team.

You will run individual and group sessions, document meticulously, and coordinate care across detox to extended care, benefiting from a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and active licensure required; two years in counseling preferred.
• Experience with co-occurring disorders preferred; DSM-5 knowledge required.
• Experience with CBT/DBT/MI/ACT or mindfulness-based approaches.
• Strong facilitation, documentation, and communication skills.
• Commitment to ethics and client confidentiality; CPR/First Aid certified or obtainable.
• Valid Colorado driver license if driving for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments, diagnosis, and DSM-5-based treatment recommendations.
• Develop biopsychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling; relapse prevention.
• Coordinate care with medical staff and case management; discharge planning.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation per state/federal rules.
• Support clients across detox, residential, and extended care levels.
• Lead therapeutic groups focused on mental health and substance use recovery.
• Communicate with families, referral sources, and internal teams; ASAM-based reviews.
• Adhere to HIPAA, HITECH, and 42 CFR Part 2; participate in team care.
• Contribute as an engaged member of the clinical team.
