Job summary

AllHealth Network is seeking a licensed Counselor to join Harmony Recovery in Estes Park, CO. You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family counseling within a multidisciplinary team.

Required are a Master’s degree in Counseling or related field and active licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LAC). Two years of experience and familiarity with co-occurring disorders are preferred; DSP-5 DSM familiarity is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field is required.
• Active licensure in psychology/therapy field is required.
• Experience with co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Knowledge of DSM-5 criteria and diagnostic processes.
• Proficiency in CBT, DBT, MI, ACT or mindfulness approaches.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and DSM-5 based diagnoses.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Lead individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
• Coordinate care with medical and case management teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation meeting regulatory standards.
• Support clients across detox, residential, and extended care.
