Pinnacle Treatment Centers is seeking a Counselor in New Jersey to support our addiction treatment programs. The role involves individual and group counseling using evidence-based practices and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to implement treatment plans.

Qualified candidates hold NJ CADC or higher licensure, with a defined career path and benefits. Schedule includes Tue-Fri 5:30am–2:00pm and Sat 6:00am–12:00pm, with competitive compensation based on licensure and experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required with CADC or higher licensure.
• Tier 2: CADC, LAC, or LSW as minimum credentials.
• Tier 3: Master’s degree with LCADC, LCSW, or LPC as acceptable licenses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Monitor and assess patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain patient caseload and complete charting and clinical duties as required.
