Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. is seeking a Counselor in New Jersey to support patients on their recovery journey. You will conduct individual and group counseling sessions, help develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications include NJ CADC or higher licensure; Tier 2 requires a HS diploma/GED with CADC/LAC/LSW, Tier 3 requires a Master’s with LCADC/LCSW/LPC. Schedule: Tue–Fri 5:30am–2pm and Sat 6am–12pm; pay range $22–$32/hr.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required as Tier 2 baseline.
• CADC, LAC, or LSW licensure are acceptable for Tier 2.
• Master’s degree and LCADC, LCSW, or LPC licensure are required for Tier 3.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain patient caseload and complete clinical documentation.
