Southwest Behavioral Care, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Counselor for our Greensburg, PA location. The role includes clinical assessments and outpatient psychotherapy for individuals, families, and groups, with a focus on collaborative treatment planning.

The ideal candidate holds a PA LAPC/LPC/LSW/LCSW license, with practicum experience and a willingness to obtain required credentials. Expect inter-agency coordination and strict adherence to ethics and confidentiality in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related clinical discipline with practicum or licensed in a clinical field.
• Must hold PA license: LAPC, LPC, LSW, or LCSW.
• Willingness to obtain Mental Health Professional or Certified Addiction Counselor credential.

Responsibilities

• Conducts assessment and diagnostic services to develop a comprehensive treatment plan and recommendations.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans using individual, marital, group, and family modalities.
• Participates in treatment team meetings with psychiatric and clinical staff.
• Initiates intra- and inter-agency contacts to facilitate care.
• Prepares, maintains, and submits case records, charts, and required documentation timely.
• Adheres to policies, laws, regulations and codes of ethics and confidentiality.
