Job summary

PS Salon and Spa is seeking a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage multi-unit salons within partnered Senior Living Communities. This part-time role offers a 4 days/week schedule (6-7 hours/day, up to 30 hours).

Compensation includes a 52% commission rate, potential for annual commission-rate reviews, bonus opportunities, and access to supplemental insurance. Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Active Cosmetology license in the state where salon operates.
• Reliable transportation.
• Past salon leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate and support a team while maintaining personal production goals.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with field leadership.
• Flexible availability to meet changing business needs.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• Ability to navigate iPad/Point of Sale systems.
• Experience in a caregiving environment preferred.
