Job summary

PS Salon and Spa is seeking a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to oversee multiple salon locations within our senior living partners. As a part-time Salon Manager, you will lead teams, schedule to meet business needs, and align with field leadership while delivering quality guest service across communities.

Position offers a 52% commission rate, potential for bonus, and access to supplemental insurance.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state of operation.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Prior salon leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willing to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.
• Comfortable using iPad/Point of Sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-unit salons as Salon Manager within partnered Senior Living Communities.
• Lead and coach salon teams to achieve personal production and guest satisfaction goals.
• Collaborate with field leadership to coordinate scheduling and coverage needs.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and quality guest services across all locations.
