Job summary

PS Salon & Spa is seeking a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage multiple salons within partnered Senior Living Communities. This part-time role requires directing operations, mentoring staff, and aligning schedules with business needs.

The ideal candidate has active state licensure, leadership experience, and the ability to motivate a team while maintaining personal production.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Cosmetology license in the state where salon operates.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous salon leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate and support a team while maintaining personal production goals.
• Flexible availability to meet changing business needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Familiarity with iPad/Point-of-Sale devices.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-unit salons as a Salon Manager within partnered Senior Living Communities.
• Lead and support a team while achieving personal production goals.
• Flexibly schedule days, evenings and weekends behind the chair as needed.
• Coordinate coverage with Field Leadership and communicate needs promptly.
