Job summary

PS Salon and Spa is seeking a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to oversee multi-unit salons within partnered Senior Living Communities. Part-time role with 6-7 hours daily, not to exceed 30 hours weekly, and a commission-based compensation structure.

You will lead a team, provide service behind the chair as needed, and coordinate with Field leadership to cover schedules. A valid state cosmetology license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active Cosmetology license in the state where salon operates.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous salon leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate and support a team while maintaining personal production goals.
• Flexible availability to meet changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-unit salons within partnered senior living communities.
• Work days, evenings, and weekends as needed behind the chair.
• Coordinate coverage with field leadership when necessary.
