We are seeking a talented and passionate Cosmetologist to join our dynamic team and provide salon & spa services for our senior clientele. With over 1500 locations across the US within Senior Living Environments, we offer a unique opportunity to make a difference.

Schedule & Requirements

• Valid active Cosmetology license in this state
• Reliable transportation
• Proof of Identity and eligibility to work in the US (no sponsorship needed)
• Part-time, 2-3 days a week (flexible for additional days)
• 6-hour shifts (e.g., 9am-3pm or 10am-4pm)

This role requires creativity, technical skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. You will play a vital role in boosting the confidence and beauty of our senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of cosmetology services including cuts, styling, coloring, perms, manicures, pedicures, and roller sets
• Engage with clients to understand and meet their needs
• Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Manage social media to promote services and engage with the community
• Provide exceptional hospitality to create a welcoming atmosphere

Experience

• Proven cosmetology experience
• Strong guest service skills and ability to build rapport
• Experience with seniors, Alzheimer’s, dementia, or special needs clients is desirable
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail
