Job summary

Resident Salon Services is seeking a Licensed Cosmetologist to join as a Part-Time Resident Hair Specialist serving our senior residents in Garland, TX. You’ll perform haircuts, styling, chemical services, and consultations tailored to mobility and comfort, while maintaining safety and sanitation.

This role offers a 50% commission, no nights or weekends, and a supportive team focused on dignity and connection.

Qualifications

• Current Cosmetology License (required).
• Minimum of 3 years’ licensed experience in cosmetology.
• Experience with senior clientele preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in haircutting, styling, and chemical services.
• Strong attention to detail and sanitation practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a caring, empathetic demeanor.
• A genuine desire to uplift others through service and connection.
