Job summary

Resident-Salon-Services is seeking a part-time Resident Hair Specialist to deliver high-quality hair services for senior residents in a welcoming, compassionate setting. The role focuses on dignity, connection, and individualized care, not just styling.

You will perform consultations, haircuts, styling, and chemical services, all while maintaining strict sanitation and safety standards. A license and experience with seniors are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Current Cosmetology License required.
• Minimum of 3 years licensed experience in cosmetology.
• Experience working with senior clientele preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in haircutting, styling, and chemical services.
• Strong attention to sanitation practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a caring, empathetic demeanor.
• Genuine desire to uplift others through service and connection.
