Job summary

Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. (SEMP) seeks a licensed plumber to join our Plumbing Service team in Texas. The ideal candidate has at least four years of commercial plumbing experience in new construction, tenant improvements, or commercial service.

A company vehicle and gas card are provided to support commutes between jobsites and field operations. Responsibilities include customer-focused service, diagnosing clogs, installing and repairing fixtures and water heaters, and

Qualifications

• Journeyman license required by Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.
• 4+ years of recent commercial plumbing experience in new construction, tenant improvements or commercial service.
• Valid driver license with clean record and ability to pass pre-employment drug test.
• Verbal and written English literacy for communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide informative customer service to clients with professional conduct.
• Diagnose and clear clogged main and branch lines using cable machines and perform camera inspections.
• Install, repair or replace commercial plumbing fixtures and water heaters.
• Diagnose and repair sanitary waste, vent, or potable water pipes.
