Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is seeking a licensed plumber to join our Plumbing Service team in Texas. The ideal candidate has at least four years of commercial plumbing experience in new construction, tenant improvements, or commercial service.

We provide a company vehicle and gas card to support commutes between jobsites and field operations, along with a schedule that includes weekend rotations and overtime opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum four years of recent commercial plumbing experience in new construction, tenant improvements, or commercial service.
• Journeyman Plumbing License issued by Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and ability to operate company vehicle.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and communicate in English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide informative customer service to clients with professional conduct.
• Diagnose and clear clogged lines using cable machines and perform camera inspections.
• Install, repair or replace commercial plumbing fixtures and water heaters.
• Diagnose and repair sanitary waste, vent, or potable water pipes.
• Inspect or repair grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps and lift stations.
• Submit service paperwork with a summary of the work performed after each appointment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects safely and on time.
• Drive and operate company vehicles per department guidelines.

Description

Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. (SEMP) is headquartered in California and has been in business for over 20 years. With operations in Texas, we provide skilled commercial services specializing in retail, grocery, and convenience store projects, including tenant improvements, remodels, and 24/7 service supported by our dedicated plumbing management and dispatch teams.

We are seeking a Licensed Plumber to join our Plumbing Service team. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of recent commercial plumbing experience in new construction, tenant improvement projects, or commercial service. A company vehicle and gas card are provided to support commutes between jobsites and field operations.

Schedule

• Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
• Overtime available but not guaranteed

Responsibilities

• Provide informative customer service to clients with professional conduct
• Diagnose and clear clogged main and branch lines using cable machines, and perform camera line inspections
• Install, repair or replace commercial plumbing fixtures and water heaters
• Properly diagnose and repair issues with sanitary waste, vent, or potable water pipes
• Inspect or repair grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps and lift stations
• Diagnose and unclog drains with cable machines, hydro jets, or camera lines
• Submit service paperwork with a summary of the work provided after each service appointment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner
• Drive and operate company vehicles within department guidelines
• Willingness to take on additional duties as needed to support the department

Requirements

• Journeyman Plumbing License issued by Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners
• Valid driver license with no more than two points or driving restrictions on the driving record
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Verbal and written English literacy for the use of cell phone and mobile email communication
