Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. (SEMP) seeks a licensed plumber to join our Texas service team. You will perform repairs, new installs, and preventive maintenance for commercial clients, including retail and grocery facilities, with a focus on quality and safety.

The ideal candidate holds a Journeyman license in Texas, can pass a drug test, and communicates clearly in English. A company vehicle is provided to support travel between sites and field operations.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Plumbing License issued by Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.
• Valid driver license with no more than two points or driving restrictions on the driving record.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Verbal and written English literacy for the use of cell phone and mobile email communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide informative customer service to clients with professional conduct.
• Diagnose and clear clogged main and branch lines using cable machines, and perform camera line inspections.
• Install, repair or replace commercial plumbing fixtures and water heaters.
• Properly diagnose and repair issues with sanitary waste, vent, or potable water pipes.
• Inspect or repair grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps and lift stations.
• Diagnose and unclog drains with cable machines, hydro jets, or camera lines.
• Submit service paperwork with a summary of the work provided after each service appointment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner.
• Drive and operate company vehicles within department guidelines.

Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. (SEMP) is headquartered in California and has been in business for over 20 years. With operations in Texas, we provide skilled commercial services specializing in retail, grocery, and convenience store projects, including tenant improvements, remodels, and 24/7 service supported by our dedicated plumbing management and dispatch teams.

We are seeking a Licensed Plumber to join our Plumbing Service team. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of recent commercial plumbing experience in new construction, tenant improvement projects, or commercial service. A company vehicle and gas card are provided to support commutes between jobsites and field operations.

Schedule

• Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
• Overtime available but not guaranteed
