The Juris Agency in New Jersey is expanding its in-office customer service team and seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to support current clients and new prospects, process policy changes, and ensure accurate coverage. You will advise on products, maintain relationships, and collaborate with the executive team.

Ideal candidates hold a Property & Casualty license with 5+ years in Commercial Lines Insurance, plus excellent communication and organizational skills, and solid

• Property & Casualty License required.
• Commercial Lines Insurance experience REQUIRED - at least 5 years.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Receive, quote, and process renewal business as well as receive completed new business submissions from Account Executives.
• Maintain contact with clients throughout the year to cultivate and preserve relationships.
• Keep up to date on client account changes through account review and steady client contact.
• Process renewals, policy change requests, and issue insurance documents as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of all products in order to advise clients accurately.
