SST Direct is seeking a Licensed HVAC Technician to service commercial facilities throughout Palmer, MA. The role offers $35.00-$55.00 per hour plus benefits, with a full-time schedule Monday through Friday.
The ideal candidate has a Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License and EPA 608 certification, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety and quality service for customers. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, performing preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License is required.
- EPA 608 Universal Certification is required.
- Commercial HVAC experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and service commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC/R equipment.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and controls-related issues.
- Service boilers, chillers, pumps, fans, rooftops and other equipment.
- Identify problems and recommend repairs.
- Complete service calls efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain service records and communicate with customers.
- Follow safety procedures and OSHA/EPA regulations.
- Maintain a clean, professional work environment.
- Participate in safety training.
- Work overtime and occasional weekends.
