Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience as Licensed Journeyman in HVAC
• EPA Certification (608) Universal License
• Commercial experience in HVAC and Refrigeration
• Knowledge and use of hand tools, equipment and testing devices
• Participates in ongoing training to stay updated on equipment and software
• Strong oral and written communication
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision
• Ability to read blueprints
• Valid Driver’s license with good driving record

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment (vacuuming, cleaning, filters, oiling)
• Carry out routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems
