Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years field experience as Licensed Journeyman in HVAC
• EPA Certification (608) Universal License
• Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration experience
• Knowledge and experience with hand tools, equipment and testing devices
• Participates in ongoing training to stay updated on equipment and software
• Strong oral and written communication
• Ability to read blueprints
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment including chillers and heat pumps
• Perform preventative maintenance such as vacuuming, cleaning, changing filters and oiling parts
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems
