Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 5 years of experience maintaining large commercial equipment.
• Universal CFC certification is required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow instructions.
• Knowledge of hand tools, equipment, and testing devices for mechanical work.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate, repair, replace and perform preventive maintenance on commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
• Work with chillers, boilers, air handlers, and related equipment.
• Familiar with kitchen and refrigeration equipment and refrigerants.
• Coordinate with Dispatch to complete workload timely.
• Maintain safe work practices per OSHA and NFPA 70e standards.
