Your Role:

• Provide individual therapy to clients of varying ages and backgrounds
• Develop and maintain personalized treatment plans based on client goals
• Utilize evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, APRNs, and other providers to ensure integrated care
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in line with licensure

Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed in the state of Connecticut (LCSW, LMSW, etc.)
• Experience working with diverse populations and/or special education needs
• Comfortable navigating both in-person and virtual therapy settings
• Passionate about helping others live more fulfilling, authentic lives
• Skilled in collaboration and holistic, client-centered care
