We provide compassionate, client-centered mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults—both in our calming, spa-inspired office and through secure telehealth services. We are currently seeking dedicated, passionate, and skilled licensed therapists to join our expanding team in Danbury, CT.

Your Role:

• Provide individual therapy to clients of varying ages and backgrounds
• Develop and maintain personalized treatment plans based on client goals
• Utilize evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
• Offer crisis support when needed
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, APRNs, and other providers to ensure integrated care
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in line with licensure

• Licensed in the state of Connecticut (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, etc.)
• Comfortable navigating both in-person and virtual therapy settings
• Passionate about helping others live more fulfilling, authentic lives
