Responsibilities

  • Submit documentation within state guidelines and company policy.
  • Provide input for Treatment Team Meetings.
  • Maintain travel as needed and occasional overnight travel.
  • Attend required training.
  • Prepare correspondence with management of client care.
  • Report non-compliance or abuse suspicions to proper authorities.
  • Maintain confidentiality per governing laws and company policies.

Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in a Human Services Field.
  • Master’s Degree in a Human Services Field.
  • Licensure issued by the governing board currently operating in the State of North Carolina regulating a human service profession.
  • Experience in the clinical area to be served.
Responsibilities
  • Experience with Medicaid and State requirements is preferred
  • Responsible for providing assessment and therapeutic services in various environments as assigned.
  • Participate in the development and update of the Person-Centered Plan.
  • Ability to provide individual, group or family counseling/therapy to clients as indicated in the Person-Centered Plan and specific program requirements.
  • Submit documentation for all services within state guidelines and in accordance with company policy and standards.
  • Provide input for Treatment Team Meetings.
  • Provide telephone contact with clients and collateral persons to assist the client in meeting the goals specified in the Person-Centered Plan.
  • Maintain open communication with other staff as it relates to the progress and needs of the clients.
  • Work standard office hours with flexibility as approved by supervisor.
  • Responsible for travel using personal vehicle with overnight travel required on occasion.
  • Attend training as required.
  • Prepare correspondence in conjunction with management of client care.
  • Report any non-compliance with governing standards and/or any suspicions of abuse or neglect to the proper authority.
  • Maintain confidentiality and other responsibilities listed in governmental laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisors.
  • NC TOPPS completion as required.
