Job summary

PsychPros, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Clinician to deliver Multisystemic Therapy (MST) in Lucas County, OH, providing intensive home- and community-based services to youth and families involved with juvenile justice and child welfare systems.

The role requires working with families in homes and community settings, with some evenings and weekends, to develop effective interventions and promote positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current Ohio licensure as an LSW, LCSW, LPC or LPCC.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for work-related travel.
• Strong communication, assessment, clinical, and family-engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with families and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive, home- and community-based MST services to youth and families in Lucas County.
• Collaborate with families and youth support systems to identify challenges and develop interventions.
• Promote positive outcomes through engagement with families in homes and community settings.
• Maintain flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
