Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face therapy sessions in Blacksburg, Virginia. This W2 position supports clinicians with credentialing, scheduling, billing, and marketing so you can focus on delivering exceptional care and building a full caseload quickly.

You'll work with Independently licensed professionals (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) and maintain a flexible schedule across seven days, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career

Competenze

• Independently licensed and living in Virginia — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors
