Our programs provide services to include early childhood education, mental health and well-being counseling services, outpatient substance abuse treatment, parent education and engagement, family strengthening, therapeutic visitation and neutral exchange for children and families, financial empowerment, workforce development and readiness, and senior in-home assistance.

Job Description

The Clinician II serves in a professional counseling capacity to deliver behavioral health services on behalf of the agency for the clients that are enrolled, while integrating evidence-based and best practices and strategies associated with neuroscience, trauma informed care, dual generation practices and resiliency, while ensuring that services provided are in alignment with the Social Determinants of Health through a trauma informed care lens as defined by the agency. The Clinician II carries a full clinical caseload with the appropriate case mix of shorter and longer term cases, accompanied by regular supervision. Counseling program services are provided in the client’s home, office and/or in various community-based locations.

Qualifications
  1. Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work or other related areas.
  2. Certificate or license, as applicable, by the appropriate state agency preferred. The Clinician II must hold at least one of the following:
    • LPC or LMFT with an active CAQH listing and an active Medicaid approved credentialing.
    • LCSW with an active CAQH listing and Medicare approved credentialing.
    • LMSW while actively working toward LCSW with appropriate documented clinical supervision.
  3. Two years post‑master’s experience.
  4. Prefer fluency in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak) desirable.
