Pacific Clinics is seeking a clinician for the Wraparound program in California. You will perform comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, risk assessment, and clinical interventions, coordinating therapeutic activities and education programs.
You will lead cross-functional teams, participate in CQI initiatives, and maintain audit-ready documentation while supporting other clinicians. Strong collaboration with supervisors and families is essential.
Wraparound is a Pacific Clinics program that provides wraparound services for children having behavioral issues that would otherwise need residential or a higher level of care. A family‑centered team approach stabilizes the child in the least restrictive environment.
M‑F 9‑5, with some evenings and weekends.
Under general supervision, the clinician provides comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, risk assessment, clinical interventions, case management, coordination of therapeutic activities, and educational programs. The clinician leads and facilitates cross‑functional teams, group supervision, and supports other clinicians. Responsibilities include completion and maintenance of clinical and administrative documentation, implementation of evidence‑based practices (EBPs) across the program, and participation in agency work groups for annual priorities and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.
