Permian Basin Counseling & Guidance (PBCG) seeks a licensed clinician to join our team in Hobbs, NM. You will provide individual and group therapy, assess clients, and develop tailored treatment plans for diverse ages and backgrounds.

Licensed clinicians must hold current NM licensure and commit to ethical, culturally competent care. A flexible schedule, telehealth options, and opportunities for professional development are available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling (M.A. or M.S.), or Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT).
• Current and valid LCSW, LMSW, LPCC, LMHC, LMFT, or LCP licensure in New Mexico.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy services.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
