Job summary

TeamBuilders Behavioral Health, LLC in New Mexico is seeking a Clinical Therapist to provide psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, and individual, group, and family therapy across office, home-based, and community settings. The Clinical Therapist works with the Clinical Director and program staff to coordinate care, ensure compliance with state regulations, and document progress in the EHR.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Guidance and Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Current NM licensure (LPCC/LCSW/LMFT/PhD/PsyD/LMSW/LMHC/LPAT) in good standing.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and community resources.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessment within 48 hours of admission/assignment.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy; home-based or community-based services as needed.
• Attend trainings and supervision; maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Coordinate care with the treatment team and community partners.
• Uphold applicable codes of ethics and maintain crisis intervention readiness.
