Job summary

Healthcare Recruiters International is seeking a Mental Health Therapist for an outpatient nonprofit clinic in Hobbs, NM. Fully licensed clinicians may work a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site); pre-licensed clinicians will work on-site with paid supervision as they pursue licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active New Mexico behavioral health license or license-eligible: LMHC, LMSW, LAMFT, LPC for pre-licensed; LPCC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT, LCP for fully licensed.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Support clients with trauma, addictions, suicidal ideation, and emotional health.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and conduct clinical assessments.
• Coordinate care, participate in team meetings and case consultations.
• Ensure treatment records are maintained and crisis needs are addressed.
