Job summary

For The One Counseling in Reno, NV seeks a Licensed Clinician to provide intake assessments, individual, family, and couples therapy, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress. This full-time, on-site role supports a holistic, faith-aligned practice.

You will maintain clinical documentation, coordinate care with other providers, participate in case consultations, and engage in continuing education as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted clinical license in Nevada and eligibility to provide mental health services independently.
• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Ability to see 24 clients weekly and maintain accurate documentation.
• Commitment to ethical practice, laws, and ongoing professional development.
• Ability to integrate biblical worldview with psychological practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake assessments, individual, family, and couples therapy.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans; track progress and outcomes.
• Coordinate care with other providers and maintain documentation.
• Engage in case consultations; participate in continuing education.
• Support outreach and maintain professional boundaries as part of a team.
