Job summary

The Blanchard Institute in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a Licensed Clinician (LCAS, LMFT, LCSW, LCMHC) to provide comprehensive therapeutic interventions for clients in treatment. Responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, discharge planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, licensure or eligibility, and experience in individual, group, and family therapy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or related behavioral health field from an accredited program.
• At least one year of clinical experience providing individual, group, and family therapy in behavioral health settings preferred.
• Current state licensure or licensure eligibility (LCAS, LMFT, LCSW, LCMHC or equivalent) required; associate licensure considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of therapeutic interventions to clients in treatment, including assessment, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
• Deliver family/relationship services, group processes, and educational presentations as directed by the clinical team.
• Document services and client responses; participate in QA activities and ongoing treatment reviews.
• Collaborate with treatment team to ensure ethical, trauma-informed care and high standards of excellence.
