Job summary

PsychPlus in Reno, NV is hiring a licensed Therapy Clinical Director to lead our clinical program while maintaining a focused patient caseload. This role blends direct patient care with supervision and program development in a supportive team environment.

You will supervise up to 10 associate clinicians, conduct clinician interviews, and contribute to strengthening clinical programs to promote quality care for our patients in Nevada.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed clinician eligible to supervise in Nevada.
• Strong clinical and leadership experience.
• Passion for mentorship and team growth.

Responsibilities

• 70% clinical / 30% administrative responsibilities.
• Maintain an active caseload of approximately 28–30 patients per week.
• Supervise and support up to 10 associate clinicians.
• Conduct clinician interviews and support team development.
• Help strengthen clinical programs and promote quality care.
