Job summary

The Blanchard Institute in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Licensed Clinician to join our dual-role team as Clinical Assessor and Therapist. You will support admissions, staff assessments, treatment planning, and coordination of clinical services for individuals and families.

The role encompasses delivering a full range of therapy services, conducting biopsychosocial assessments, facilitating group and individual sessions, and contributing to CQI activities. State licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or licensure eligibility (LCAS, LMFT, LCSW, LCMHC, or equivalent).
• At least one year’s training and/or clinical experience in therapy settings preferable.
• Associate licensure considered; dual licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients per admissions procedures, staff the assessment, and support treatment placement.
• Provide full range of therapeutic interventions including group and individual therapy.
• Develop treatment plans, coordinate clinical and holistic services, and manage referrals.
• Participate in CQI activities and ensure ethical, trauma-informed care.
