Job summary

Cascade Community Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Counselor (Clinician III) or an Associate Licensed Counselor (Clinician II) to join the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team in Lewis County. The role delivers recovery-focused therapy, case management, treatment planning, and services to adults with behavioral health disorders.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 40 hours weekly. Compensation ranges hourly for Licensed and Associate roles, with benefits and professional licensure support as part of

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in counseling or the social sciences required.
Must be licensed (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) or have Associate License credential (LMHCA, LMFTA, or LICSWA).
Must pass WA State Patrol background check at hire and annually thereafter.

Responsibilities

Collect information regarding clients’ history through interviewing, records review, and consultation with consent.
Provide brief, solution-focused individual, group, and family therapy to a diverse adult caseload.
Conduct Behavioral Health Assessments and develop treatment plans with clients.
Provide medically appropriate treatment services including rehabilitation, skills training, case management, psychotherapy, housing support, and illness management.
Participate in outreach to engage clients and escort to meetings or appointments.
