Job summary

LifeWorks NW in Milwaukie, Oregon seeks a Mental Health Therapist for the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program. Qualifications

• QMHP credential through MHACBO or licensed/registered intern.
• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and perform intake interviews with diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
• Develop measurable treatment plans and provide individual and group therapy.
• Coordinate with multiple service providers and maintain records in an EHR.
• Advocate for clients and assist with transportation and social services as needed.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and report progress to supervisors.
